You will need to bring in the following:

   -medical records

   -vaccine records

   -list of medications

Puppy and kitten vaccinations are generally started at 6 to 8 weeks of age. Boosters are given monthly until 4 months of age.  From that point on adult pets generally need vet visits twice a year to keep them at their healthiest.

Heartworm disease is transmitted to pets through mosquito bites.  Since mosquitos are found indoors, we recommend heartworm preventative for all pets for their protection.

In general, most veterinary professionals recommend spaying or neutering around six months of age.  Every pet will be evaluated to make sure this is the best course of action for them.
